Nan Pao was founded in 1963 by Dr. Huang, Tang Qing Yun who studied Polymer chemistry in Japan since teenage. He continuously introduced advanced technology into Nan Pao and research and development department for innovative products, we have committed ourselves to research and production of synthetic resins for decades.

In 1953

Nan Pao dyeing and finishing factory which produced colorant(dyes) for synthetic resin.

In 1961

Designed the 1st CCHP project in China

In 1963

The factory was restructured into NANPAO Resins Chemical Co., Ltd and the production of polyvinyl acetate adhesives.

In 1964

Created 815 The first cement paint maker in Taiwan.

In 1965

Produced footwear adhesives.

In 1968

Produced graft chloroprene adhesives.

In 1971

Established research and development center.

In 1973

Cooperated with Hoechst AG in Germany to produce water-based resins.

In 1983

Manufactured powder coating patented by Ripolin.

In 1984

Production of waterproofing sealer.

In 1986

Cooperated with Hadfieds in the U.K. to produce electric insulation coating.

In 1987

Founded Thai Nan Pao Resins Chemical Co., Ltd.

In 1991

Founded P.T Indo Nan Pao Resins Chemical Co., Ltd.

In 1992

Founded Nan Pao Resins (Dong-Guan) Co., Ltd and Fuqing Nan Pao Resins Co., Ltd.

In 1997

Founded Nan Pao Resins India Pvt., Ltd.

In 1999

Founded Nan Pao Resins (Vietnam) Co., Ltd.

In 2004

Founded Nan Pao Resins (Fo Shan) Co., Ltd.

In 2005

Launched new Nan Pao logo, divided into 3 business units.

In 2006

Founded Nan Pao Electrical Materials Co., Ltd.

In 2008

Founded ITLS International Development Co., Ltd.

In 2010

Founded Foshan Nan Pao Great-Will Advanced Materials Limited, Progroup Technology Co., Ltd, and Biorich Biotechnology Co., Ltd.

In 2011

Founded Nan Pao Resins Chemical Phils., Inc.

In 2012

Founded Nan Pao Resins India Pvt., Ltd.

In 2013

Invested in optical clear adhesives research.

In 2014

Acquired Prince Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd and RLA Polymers Pty., Ltd.

In 2016

PSA factory completed.

In 2017

Listed in Taiwan emerging stock market.

In 2018

Listed in the Taiwan Stock Exchange (TWSE) under stock number 4766.
